mercury retrograde ....again.......

It's Mercury retrograde time from March 30th through April 23rd. Great time to review things in progress. Not so much for signing new contracts, entering agreements and all documents related to new launches. Check all facts and figures before sending them out the door.

Global prayer for healing in Japan

To All People Around the World

Please send your prayers of love and gratitude to water at the nuclear plants in Fukushima, Japan!

By the massive earthquakes of Magnitude 9 and surreal massive tsunamis, more than 10,000 people are still missing…even now… It has been 16 days already since the disaster happened. What makes it worse is that water at the reactors of Fukushima Nuclear Plants started to leak, and it’s contaminating the ocean, air and water molecule of surrounding areas.

Human wisdom has not been able to do much to solve the problem, but we are only trying to cool down the anger of radioactive materials in the reactors by discharging water to them.

Is there really nothing else to do?

I think there is. During over twenty year research of hado measuring and water crystal photographic technology, I have been witnessing that water can turn positive when it receives pure vibration of human prayer no matter how far away it is.

Energy formula of Albert Einstein, E=MC2 really means that Energy = number of people and the square of people’s consciousness.

Now is the time to understand the true meaning. Let us all join the prayer ceremony as fellow citizens of the planet earth.   I would like to ask all people, not just in Japan, but all around the world to please help us to find a way out the crisis of this planet!!
The prayer procedure is as follows.

Name of ceremony:
“Let’s send our thoughts of love and gratitude to all water in the nuclear plants in Fukushima”

Day and Time:
March 31st, 2011 (Thursday)
12:00 noon in each time zone

Please say the following phrase:
“The water of Fukushima Nuclear Plant, we are sorry to make you suffer.  Please forgive us.  We thank you, and we love you.”

Please say it aloud or in your mind. Repeat it three times as you put your hands together in a prayer position.

Please offer your sincere prayer.

Thank you very much from my heart.

With love and gratitude,

Theme:  Yogis don't aim at anything instead we bring the universe in, through our projected psyche

How not to dwell on the 5 senses and rest in the 6th sense, this is the sensory human
the 6th sense controls the 5 senses, 5 elements, 9 physical apertures

We have learned to use our senses to emotionalize life, now it is time to create the awareness as a sensory being to project your psyche and contain your energy

Transformation

Transformation is a funny thing. It seems there is a collective mindset that in order to enter a new enlightened era, we must drive the planet to hell and back. Yes, that is and has been a theme in our collective consciousness - the making of a conscious choice that delivers events and circumstances to force spiritual transformation and a resulting consciousness of greater enlightenment. But do we have to repeat history?  Is there a more enlightened choice we each can make in this process?

What kundalini yoga focuses on is the experience of our balance point, the place between the breaths, shunia.  This experience of shunia is found when the effects of the polarities are neutralized.  Each asana, each breath, each thought offers an opportunity for transformation.  Shunia is where you will find expansion and joy, where you will reawaken within you the knowledge of your purpose and your own personal power as a Co-Creator.  Shunia is when you can navigate the drama of life and ride the waves back to shore.

I once heard a story of someone who had a block of ice and was trying to make it go away, so he was hacking at it with a shovel.  Then his neighbor came by and suggested that he use some nice warm water to melt the block of ice with.........  both methods have the same outcome.  Yet one is far more enjoyable then the other.  You have that choice, to be an ice whacker or a warm water pourer....
And the coolest thing is that you can change whenever you want, just because you have done things a certain way does not mean you have to keep doing them that same way.

pour water and ride the waves I say!

Ra Ma Da Sa Healing Meditation

Sit in an Easy Pose, with a light jalandhar bandh

Mudra: Have the elbows tucked comfortably against the ribs. Extend the forearms out at a 45-degree angle out from the center of the body. The palms are flat, facing up, the wrists pulled back, fingers together, and thumbs spread. Consciously keep the palms flat during the meditation.

Mantra: The mantra consists of eight basic sounds: RAA MAA DAA SAA, SAA SAY SO HUNG Pull in the Navel Point powerfully on SO and HUNG. Note that HUNG is not long and drawn out. Clip it off forcefully as you pull in the navel. Chant one complete cycle of the entire mantra, and then inhale deeply and repeat. To chant this mantra properly, remember to move the mouth fully with each sound. Feel the resonance in the mouth and the sinus areas. Let your mind concentrate on the qualities that are evoked by the combination of sounds.

Time: Chant powerfully for 11-31 minutes.

To End: Inhale deeply and hold the breath as you offer a healing prayer, visualizing the person you wish to heal (including yourself) as being totally healthy, radiant, and strong. Imagine the person completely engulfed in healing white light, completely healed. Then exhale and inhale deeply again, hold the breath and offer your prayer. Then, lift your arms up high and vigorously shake out your hands and fingers.

Information on radiation from Lian Reed (Santa Fe)

My previous work incarnation was as a Cytologist for 25 years diagnosing Cancer.  Because of my history,I have many clients who are living through treatment for cancer.  In that frame work I offer the following information.

We deal with radiation issues when dealing with patients undergoing radiation treatment for cancer, but also working in hospitals using radiation as treatment.  Living here in New Mexico, we are surrounded by laboratories working with radioactive materials.  Although not like a plant meltdown, we do have health concerns right here in "river city".   When I still worked full time in the Western Medical world, my department used to hold education seminars on these issues on a regular basis.

I know that the thought of this radiation getting to us can be an overwhelming thought, but  it is surprising how much our clothing and the walls of our homes protect us from radiation.  After all, we are some distance from the site itself.  That said with the fear in people's hearts, perhaps just breathing and realizing there is much we can do will help.

I realize some are concerned about the Iodide cloud, and thinking of taking iodine is good.  Lugol's Solution at 2% taking one to two drops a day in a glass of water is probably the best... correct amount, easily utilized by the body and the thyroid gland uptake is efficient, it is a solution of potassium iodine.  With the Iodide cloud falling we cannot rely on kelp from the sea protecting us, nor should we be looking at dairy and meat as food sources, the cloud falls and it is taken up by the vegetation which is ingested by the fish and animals and we take the radioactive iodine in that way.  Knowing where your food comes from is important.  For me, thinking of the plant in Japan.....

Our greatest concern might well be the cesium 137 that will be released if the spent fuel rods are vaporized or the core melts.  Cesium is a cloride, a naturally ocurring salt.  In the body it acts in much the same way that potassium does in the (NaK) sodium potassium pump gates of all of our cells.  We want to fill those gates with potassium cloride (KCl), some potassium citrate and some potassium aspartate.  That way the cesium has no hold on the body.  Potassium is good to take in food sources rather than pill form or artificial means because over indulgence of this substances has health issues of it's own.

We might want to be thinking of foods like:

Swiss chard, boiled
Romaine lettuce
Crimini mushrooms, raw
Spinach, boiled
Celery, raw
Basil, dried, ground
Mustard greens, boiled
Fennel, raw, sliced
Broccoli, steamed
Winter squash, baked, cubes
Cucumbers, slices, with peel
Blackstrap molasses
Tomatos, ripe
Turnip greens, cooked
Collard greens, boiled
Summer squash, cooked
Eggplant, cooked
Cantaloupe
Green beans, boiled
Kale, boiled
Brussel sprouts, boiled
Carrots, raw
Turmeric, powder
Beets, Boiled
Asparagus, boiled
Papaya
Bell peppers, red, raw
Cauliflower, boiled
Apricots
Ginger root
Yam (Dioscorea species), cooked
Strawberries
Kiwifruit
Chili pepper, dried
Lima beans, cooked
Cabbage, boiled
Banana
Grapefruit
Onions, raw
Oranges
Potato, baked, with skin
Avocado, slices
Watermelon, diced
Pinto beans, cooked
Green peas, boiled
Sweet potato, baked, with skin
Lentils, cooked
Kidney beans, cooked
Figs, fresh
Plums
Prunes

Raspberries
Split peas, cooked
Soybeans, cooked
Grapes

The blank spots in my table above are where I removed sea vegetables and meat sources of potassium.

May all beings be happy, May all beings be well, May all beings be free from suffering.

Time to be a Yogi

Time to be a YOGI

Especially right now, it is not about the circumstances.  It is about
yourself in reaction to the circumstances.  Practice compassion!
This time of so much polarization is a spiritual sadhana for each of
us.    You need to know when to engage with what is going on and when
to disengage.  When it feels like too much information for you, then
it is and honor your knowing: take a news “fast”, or go on silence.
Hold on to your consciousness as a yogi, the shunia, the still point.
Avoid the trap of doing more to somehow feel better, sometimes the
best thing to do is nothing.  A lot of our energy needs to be focused
on clearing, and releasing the old reactive patterns.  This might look
like you are not doing anything, when in fact  you are releasing
toxins from the mental and astral fields, just by neutralizing your
reactions to life.  The polarizations are karma and the neutrality is
the alchemical process of transformation.  All solutions are within
you, always were and will be, take time to stop and listen.
Much love and light

About Baba Sri Chand
“Sri Chand is the eldest son of Guru Nanak.  He was Baal Yogeswar.  151 years he served the entire humanity and never looked more than 12 years in his appearance.... He was always in his subtle body.  Very few people met him in physical terminology, but everywhere he appeared in his radiant body, in perfect form and shape.” ~ Yogi Bhajan
Baba Sri Chand is the protector of innocent seekers and is the holder of all yogic wisdom.
Baba Sri Chand was born in 1494 as the beloved elder son of Guru Nanak and Mata Sulakhani. A devoted Sikh and extraordinary teacher, he selflessly offered his extended life in service to the light of Guru Nanak.  From a young age, Baba Sri Chand received timeless wisdom from Guru Nanak and was initiated by him. Baba Sri Chand was crowned as a yogi by Guru Nanak. He was given the task directly from Guru Nanak to take care of the corrupt yogis who were manipulating and bothering the householders with their occult powers. His responsibility to protect and elevate the householder led to a journey reaching as far as Tibet, Bhutan and Afghanistan that ultimately dispelled the negativity and united the entire Sadhu Samaj (the different yogic sects of those times) under the universal message of “Ik Ongkaar” – One Universal Consciousness.
He was renowned during his time as a great Mystic and a figure of tremendous spiritual power and wisdom.  A great Yogi in the most profound sense, he relied entirely upon the Infinite for his support. He was revered by people from all walks of life and interacted with the Sikh Gurus, embracing their sons when offered as sevadars to him.
While his own life was a continuous miracle, he never called attention to himself. Rather, he and his followers, known as Udasis, spread the message of Guru Nanak in a non-sectarian, universalist way, through meditation on the Divine Name, hard work, and service to those in need.
