Meditation of the Week:
bodyheart
Provoke Your Higher Self
Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Interlock your hands in Venus Lock in front of the heart center, with the thumbs crossed so that you are locking your ego represented by the thumbs. Elbows are relaxed down. Eyes are closed. Chant the mantra, “Har, Har, Har, Har…” (“Tantric Har” by Simran Kaur and Guru Prem Singh), powerfully vibrate the hands up and down 11 times on each “Har.” Continue for 31 minutes. During the last three minutes move so fast that you feel it in the spine. To end, inhale deeply, hold it tight. Exhale. Repeat one more time. Then inhale deeply, hold, and flex your spine 3 times. Exhale and relax.

Meditation for patience, tolerance and deep self respect

PATIENCE, TOLERANCE AND DEEP SELF RESPECT
Given by Yogi Bhajan, May 22, 2000
Mudra: Sit with a straight spine in cross legged position. Bring the right knee up to the chest, and lock both hands around the knee. Pull it in as close as possible to the chest.
Eyes: On the tip of the nose.
Mantra: “Tantric Har” by Simran and Guruprem was played. Mentally chant “Har” and breathe through the round mouth in rhythm with the mantra.
Breath: Breathe in and out through the round mouth, powerfully, along with the mantra.
Time: 31 minutes
End: Inhale deeply. Bring both hands flat against the chest, and press hard. Tighten yourself and stretch the spine from top to bottom. Exhale. Repeat one more time. The third time: inhale, hold, and stretch both arms up over the head. Keep the right knee into the chest without pressure. Stretch the spine and every muscle of the body. The harder you stretch the better it will be. Relax.

Meditation to burn anger and build the immune system

Meditation to Burn Anger and Build the Immune System
Mudra: Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Extend and stretch the right arm forward and upward at a 60 degree angle, pointing the index and middle fingers. No bend in the elbows. Hold the pinkie and ring finger down with the thumb.
Left hand: Place the left hand flat on your heart.
Eyes: Closed. Breath: Form an “o” with the mouth and breathe powerfully through it. Do it emotionally—burn your inner anger, get rid of it.
Time: Continue for 11 minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold 10 seconds, stretch both arms and hands over the head, and stretch the spine. Cannon Fire Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax.
Comments: This meditation will build a powerful immune system. It correlates the breath of life, the tattvas and the chakras. If you do it for 11 minutes everyday, after 40 days you will be a different person.

To experience the aquarius spirit

To Experience the Aquarius Spirit
September 12, 2000, Espanola, NM
1. Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Close your eyes. Sing from the navel and project out Every Heartbeat by Nirinjan Kaur. This song must reveal your soul. If you know the words, you will enter the Age of Aquarius, because it grants that spirit. You have to learn it by heart. It does not matter how many of you there are. It matters how effective you are. Continue singing with the tape for 11 minutes, then sing without the tape for other 3 minutes.
2. Sing along with Nirinjan Kaur’s God Is Within Me song. Continue for 3 minutes.
3. Sing along with Nirinjan Kaur’s Bountiful, Blissful and Beautiful song. To understand Anand Sahib, the Song of Bliss, you must sing with it in English. Continue for 3 minutes. Relax.
“Pavan is our Guru,” said Guru Nanak. His words, when chanted with Pavan Guru, the breath—from the navel point and projected out, turn our personality 180 degrees and give us the character of what we are chanting. It is no secret. It is meant to turn human into spirituality. Sing from the navel. Wake up

May all beings be Healthy, Happy and Holy

Seven Star meditation

Seven Star
May 16, 2000
Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Raise both arms at 60 degree angles, palms facing slightly forwards and upwards, fingers tightened and spread open. Elbows are stretched straight. Eyes are focused at the tip of the nose. Sing along with Nirinjan Kaur’s Humee Hum Brahm Hum . Draw the energy from the Prakirti, the heavens— into your being. Let it come in. Continue for 11 minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold, and stretch the spine tighter and tighter. Bring the energy of your spine into your fingers. Cannon Fire Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax.

This meditation will bring a rhythm of positive and negative. Through your hands all seven star forces will be connected at the spinal cortex at the 13th vertebra, which controls the heart center. The meditation is wasted if you do not stretch your tightest at the end.

Meditation: Life Guideline

Life Guideline
Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Interlace your hands in Venus Lock in front of the heart center, elbows relaxed down. Eyes are closed. Chant in a monotone Me within me is the Purity. Me within me is the Reality. Me within me is the Grace. I am the Master of the space.
Listen to what you are saying. Learn to live and remember this all of the time, as a projection and guideline of your life. Continue for 11 minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold, and synchronize your body with that purity and piety, tighten every fiber and molecule. Exhale. Repeat one more time. Then deeply inhale, exale, and relax.
