Meditation to empower the psyche's projection

Meditation of the Week:
Empower the Psyche’s Projection
May 15, 2000
1. Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Raise the left arm in parallel equilibrium with the ground and bend the elbow so that the hand is in front of your chest, palm facing down. Extend the right arm straight forward in parallel equilibrium with the heavens, elbow straight, palm facing upwards. Eyes are focused at the tip of the nose. Become calm. Chant Wah-hay Guroo, Wah-hay Jeeo by Sangeet Kaur and Harjinder Singh (from Raga Sadhana). Continue for 22 minutes.
2. Place both hands over the heart center, right over left. Continue chanting for 2 minutes.
3. Same position, whisper the mantra for 2 minutes.
4. Same position, chant in silence for 1 minute.To end, inhale deeply and hold. Stretch the spine and squeeze every fiber of the body to equalize the energy. Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax.
This meditation creates a magnetic frequency in your body which will make your psyche flow towards you. You have the mind to project your thoughts. For seeding thoughts, you need extra inner energy to inspire your aim. With these practices, you should have a clear aim so you can penetrate a mantra in your being and in your surroundings.

This is a very secret and sacred praanic meditation that belongs to a class of high yogic technique. Its purpose is that a person may live up to any age, but his youthfulness will not be lost. It is a physical method to qualify yourself to a higher consciousness that you believe in. Mental improvements won't work until you are physically strong enough.

Meditation "Change the Elemental Psyche"

Meditation of the Week:
Change the Elemental Psyche
Sit very straight in a cross-legged position. Raise the forearms parallel to the ground with the hands interlaced in VenusLock in front of the chest with thumbs locked. Pull on the lock. Eyes are closed. Make an “o”of your mouth and do Breath of Fire through it. Be steady. Use the strength of the diaphragm and the navel. Continue for 11 minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold, and keeping the hands locked, stretch the arms straight overhead. Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax.
This meditation can change your elemental psyche. It will help you know you are not an emotional beast, but at least part angel, part beast and part human. Out of this trinity, you must develop the mastery of the human mind.
